The Methodist Church based in the West of Warrington at Hood Manor and Penketh is community focused; looking at the community's needs
and how these can be best served. Detailed analysis undertaken by the Partnership Council (governing body of the church) helped the
church re-gain its focus and give further direction.
Many of its members are involved in local community projects, such as the Warrington
Action for Children, Tea and Toast for older youths and Chat and Chill for the younger youths, the work of Probus, children's uniformed
organisations, mums and tots for the communities, the work with widows and widowers in the community and much more.
